At Burbank Sportscards, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and accessory purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
